Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Wardrobio service, available at wardrobio.com. By creating an account, you accept them.

2. Account

You must be at least 15 years old (13 in the United States, with parental consent under 18 where required). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account. A username may not impersonate a person or a brand.

3. Content

You keep ownership of the photos and texts you publish. You grant Wardrobio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and process them as part of the service, including through AI. You warrant that you hold the rights to this content.

Prohibited: illegal or hateful content, sexually explicit content, counterfeits, spam, collecting other users' data.

4. Plans and payment

The free plan is limited in volume. Pro and Studio plans are billed by monthly or yearly subscription, renewed automatically, cancellable at any time from the settings. Proration when changing plans is handled by Stripe.

5. Shop

Products are sold by partner brands. Wardrobio facilitates ordering and payment. Each brand's shipping and return conditions apply; they are shown in the order. See the terms of sale.

6. Artificial intelligence

Analyses, scores and suggestions are produced by automated models and may contain errors. They are not professional advice. Virtual try-on images are simulations.

7. Suspension

Wardrobio may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, after notice except in urgent cases.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. Wardrobio does not guarantee continuous availability and cannot be held liable for indirect losses. Its liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.

9. Governing law

French law. Courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
