Privacy policy

Wardrobio processes personal data to provide the virtual wardrobe service. This page describes which data, why, for how long, and your rights. It applies to all users, including those in the European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA).

Data we collect

  • Account: email, username, hashed password, profile photo.
  • Profile: gender, measurements and sizes, if you provide them. They are only used for size recommendations and outfit scores.
  • Wardrobe: garment photos, sheets, outfits, collections, logged wears, condition checks.
  • Body photos: photos of you for virtual try-on. They are never public and can be deleted at any time.
  • Social: posts, comments, likes, follows, room visits and likes.
  • Orders: shipping address, items, amount. Payment is processed by Stripe; Wardrobio never sees your card number.
  • Technical: connection logs, IP address, browser type, for security and debugging.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Performance of the contract: providing the wardrobe, the AI, the shop, the social feed.
  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
  • Consent: newsletter, non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation: invoicing, accounting retention.

Artificial intelligence

Photos and sheets are sent to Anthropic (Claude models) for analysis, scoring and advice, and to a virtual try-on provider to generate images. These providers do not use your data to train their models. Wardrobio does not train any model with your photos.

Processors

Supabase (database and storage, EU), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Replicate (virtual try-on), an email delivery provider.

Retention

As long as the account is active. When the account is deleted, everything is erased within 30 days, except invoicing data kept 10 years for legal reasons.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. From the account settings or by writing to privacy@wardrobio.com. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents may request to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information; Wardrobio does not sell personal information.
